Every moment of my customer-centric conversations depends on where the coachee wants to go. Together we identify the bottlenecks that forms a barrier on the way to the client’s objectives. I use wide range of intervention techniques to help middle level and senior managers see the casual and often hidden connections and find solutions to the situation they face with during individual or executive coaching, team coaching, or group coaching sessions.
During my personal coaching services, I provide expert support to middle managers to make their daily work more efficient, successful, and effective. Many people turn to me for getting stuck in a challenging situation and not seeing how to proceed. Others, specifically aim to develop and strengthen their leadership skills and abilities. In many cases, our focus is on resolving and processing workplace challenges and conflicts.
Executive coaching is also an individual coaching. In my view, due to its unique characteristics, it deserves a separate section. The professional and private lives and challenges of senior executives are similar to those of middle managers. However, there are also issues such as managerial loneliness, sustainability, social responsibility, the issue of legacy, or the sensitive process of transferring business to the next generation.
During team coaching, I support development of teams that work together on a day-to-day basis. My goal is to maximize the efficiency of their work and cooperation, to exploit the potential of the team, to be able to create the greatest possible value for the company, in a sustainable way.
Participants in group coaching face nearly the same challenges in their daily operation, they are in a similar position in the organization. However, they do not necessarily cooperate as members of a team in carrying out everyday tasks. This form of coaching is a particularly cost-effective form of training and development for employees working in different areas of the company in expert positions and senior positions.
